I may not have much; I may be just a nobody, but what I have is a love for God and family. My door is open to those who find their way here. I share what little I have with those the world refuse, and I’ll not appologize for it. Love is what it takes to heal the broken. Is there room in your heart for others?

Don’t ask God to open doors for you if you slam doors on others?

God puts people in our life for a reason. Our paths cross for a purpose. What you do with the opportunity will effect your future opportunities. We are tested and tried by God. It is up to us to pass the test. Study the Word. Know the Word. Talk it and live it. DO IT!

Open your heart!

I have come to realize that the closer we get to the prize the harder we are going to be fought, but the fact is that God is behind us 100%, to see that we overcome all evil! There is no good reason to deny that satan is out there, and he longs for us to fail. The enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy, but if God be for us, who can be against us! Whom shall I fear?

 No matter where you go there will always be problems. We can encounter things that may seem unfair, but in the end we usually find out that they were meant for our good. The bible tells us not to judge a thing before it’s time. No matter how much people dislike you, remember that God loves you more than enough to make up for it. Remember that there is a right way and a wrong way, and everybody thinks that their way is the only way, but Jesus is the way maker; He is the way.

You know God wants us to suceed, but ill gotten gain is not worth the price you have to pay for it. There is a way that seems right, but broad is the way that leads to destruction. When we walk in the righteous path there is not enough room to play twinkle toes with the world or it’s ways, because the way is straight and narrow!! We may not have all the so-called-friends we once had, but we will have the Lord; He is a friend that sticks closer than a brother. There is nothing in the world worth losing our soul for.

There is nothing at all that Jesus would not do for us. He prays for us, saves us, heals us, keeps us, fights for us, loves us, etc…and there is nothing all that can keep us from crossing the finish line when we are on the right road. Stay on the straight and narrow, holding to His hand, walking in His foot prints, and if you fall, get back up and keep on going. It’s not about our position, or how people see us, but it is about being in His will, and how He sees us.

It’s no secret! God looks at the unseen, He hears the unspoken, and He knows the heart!

Life is full of blessings. It is also full of opportunities. Each day we face is full of benefits, grace, and fresh mercy! If God so loves us, then shouldn’t we love ourselves, and others? Make the most of each moment!

The Lord commands His angels to watch over us. He gives seed to the sower. He multiplies the fish and bread. He pours in the oil and wine. He give us the healing balm. The blood of Jesus is more than enough to save us. There are wings available that will open wide and let us run in to hide. He will open the windows and bless us with more than we can handle. He promised us we will never be alone. Life really is full!

What a blessing it is to be alive, and to be His! Out of out bellies will flow rivers of water. His love is amazing. Each and ever good and precious gift comes from above. Holy is the Lord, and all the angels cry it loud, but is from us that His ears long to hear. He promises that when we delight in Him that He would give us the desires of our hearts. How much more can one ask for? Yes our Lord is Almighty. Jesus loves us!

His thoughts are higher than my thoughts. His ways are higher than my ways. I am so glad that He makes a way when there seems to be no way. I am not to question the way. I am to go the way, for He is the way. He knows the way that I take. Looking neither right or left, take the way He has made for you. He leads us in ways that we have not traveled before, just like that verse that tells us He leads even the blind in paths they are unfamiliar with. He is our guide. He leads us in the right paths. Walk where He walks, and go where He says go. Step through the doors He opens and do not question why you are there. Trust Him. He knows what He is doing. He has a plan to get you from here to there.

I am on a journey in life. My path was chosen by the Lord. I never would have guessed that I would be in nursing school. Unsure of where this road will end, I am enjoying the journey there. Studying fills most of my free time. What God has for me is sure to be good.

He tells us in His Holy Word that He knows the thoughts that He thinks toward us, and they are thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give us an expected end. This journey to my destination is in the class room. Psychology is the subject this quarter. Still that expected end is out there. The journey there is one that will teach me something I need to function when I get there. I hope you are taking in the journey. Look for the lessons of life every day and apply them to become a better you. Remember God knows best which road you need to take to get to the perfect place He has for you. It may not look like what you have pictured for your life. It may not resemble your dreams. Still it is the journey that gets us from here to there. Relax, trust Him, and enjoy the journey from here to there!

Looking out my window this evening I noticed there was the most beautiful round ball of light glowing. It is so cool this November night. I was just thinking about all the things I have to smile about. Just as I was reflecting I realized that just as clear as my view is of His moon, His view of me is even greater. He sees me, right here where I am, He sees me. What a wonderful thing to know.  His eyes are on the sparrow, and I know He is watching over me!

Psalms 34:15 The eyes of the LORD [are] upon the righteous, and his ears [are open] unto their cry. Proverbs 5:21 For the ways of man [are] before the eyes of the LORD, and he pondereth all his goings.

I am so blessed by the Lord. I have family; I have friends. I have all the little things in life that mean the most to me. You can’t buy these things. The relationships that really matter are the ones we need to work on. Take some time out of your very busy day and share it with somebody who needs you.

I know that you are a very important person. I understand that your priorities are at the top of that list you carry around on the inside. I know. You just don’t have time.

TAKE TIME; MAKE TIME! Every day your put it off is just a waste of time. We can climb that ladder all the way to the top, and achieve all those things we have worked all our lives for, but if we are there alone with nobody to share it with, what is it really worth?

The things in life that should matter the most are often the smallest ones. Nothing can replace a real relationship with the LORD, and nothing can replace a real relationship with your loved ones. You cannot replace these things with anything in the whole world. The are more valuable than you realize.

Send a card, make a phone call, take a friend to lunch, go for a drive, plan a picnic, stop by and visit somebody, take your child camping, but don’t waste another single day. You never know who has been out there waiting on you. Think about it. You could be the highlight of their day.

Do something inspiring! Do something for somebody else!

Isaiah 40:1 Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God.

Can you hear the voice of many angels singing…HOLY HOLY HOLY! He is praised all day and all night. There is always a prayer meeting around His throne for Jesus makes intercession for us each and every moment. We can be still, and we can know, that beyond any doubt, past all the noise, inspite of the confusion in the world all around us…HE IS GOD! HE IS LORD! HE IS IN CONTROL!

I was reading how Solomon built this awesome place for the Lord to dwell. As I reflected over all the magnificant materials used, and how costly it must have been for him to build, and even how there was help in building it, it all got me to thinking about how spectacular Heaven really must be. It is amazing what people can accomplish when they all pull together, and dwell united, in hope, in love, faithfully living for one another and their God! What a sight it must be for God to see, to look upon His people in real unity. I can imagine He would turn away from the angels singing to Him, just to set His sights on how beautiful it is for His beloved, His own children to love one another, to love Him, to give their whole hearts in seeking His face and doing His will. I can just about hear God laughing to Himself, and Jesus clapping His hands in applause. My spirit soars to think of how pleased that would make Him. When God’s people finally get it, there is no stopping them!!! Nothing can stand in their way!

Looking outside my window this morning I noticed all the pine trees planted, all in a row, all growing in the same field, drinking the same rain, all stretching upward toward the same blue sky, all swaying back and forth in synch as the winds blew through their branches. It was an amazing sight. Heaven even has the full attention of the creations. The sun rises, the moon shines in the darkness, the stars twinkle, the breezes blow, the birds all sing, the flowers bloom, the waves crash in, and if whole earth is at one, shouldn’t we be???!!!

The streams flow and give of their waters where ever it is needed for things to prosper and grow. The herbs spring forth and feed the hungry. Shouldn’t we be just as loving, sharing, and giving?!!? The angels are not in competition, they just sing in perfect harmony! The wild flowers shine just as gloriously as the red rose gives us it’s sweet perfume. We too should live with such a passion for our King!

John 17:22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

Be still a moment and think about it. Really consider the lillies, and honestly ponder on the sparrow. Recall the last time you showed someone an act of kindness, even if they did not deserve it! Do any of us??? LOVE ONE ANOTHER! This is how they will know us, by our LOVE for HIM and one another!

Isaiah 41:6 They helped every one his neighbour; and [every one] said to his brother, Be of good courage.

 ¹Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart.

 ²But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped.

 ²⁴Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.

 ²⁵Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.

 ²⁶My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.

 ²⁷For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee.

 ²⁸But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.

Do you know when to run? Do you know when to stop? Do you know when to speak out, to speak up, to get up and take a stand for yourself? Don’t settle! You should love yourself more than that. Have more respect for your hopes and dreams. Have a little dignity! It is time…TIME TO STAND!

Recognize your worth. Realize your potential. Look beyond your circumstance. Look past your faults and failures. Go further than you ever thought possible…PAY CLOSE ATTENTION…it is our season!!!!! Our season is now! Our time to rise is here. Our opportunity to grab hold of our hopes and dreams and never let go. Our time to shine.

Take the world by storm! They say there is a calm before a storm. They teache us that those planted by the waters, planted in the Lord, shall not be touched, not be moved, by the storms that come to destroy. The bible says that the Kingdom suffers violence, the voilent take it by force. 

Stop letting the world walk all over you. Stop settling for less than you are worth. This is not an excuse to be haughty or highminded like some, but the LORD knows what your value is…HE PAID THE PRICE!!! HE too will show you the real FORCE in HIS STORM!! All things work together for our good!! Even the winds that try to blow us to and fro are no match for HIS WINDS!! There is a windfall coming….I BELIEVE!!

God [is] jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and [is] furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth [wrath] for his enemies. The LORD [is] slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit [the wicked]: the LORD hath ”HIS WAY” in the whirlwind and in the STORM, and the clouds [are] the dust of his feet. Nah 1:2 & 3

Salvation! Really, there is nothing else like it in all the world. Think about the meaning of the word. Salvation is more than just a first glance or a first thought. It is more than an after thought. Salvation comes to us when we least expect it to sometimes. At other times we look for it to come from anywhere. We always need it. There are so many things we need to be saved from. The biggest, is ourself! Lord please save us from ourselves.

What lies beneath the surface is what we need saving from. We can easily live in a cave if we are not careful. Withdraw from life. Crawl up inside ourself and hide away. Walking around with a mask on. In hopes nobody can see the real us!!!! That is why this verse is so awesome….GREATER IS HE WITHIN ME!!!
